Guatemala

Two Americans who had a burden to serve God came to Pastor Rob in the ‘90s saying they wanted to live their lives serving Christ. Mike, a journalist, and Dianna, an engineer gave up successful careers to start a church and school in Guatemala City, Guatemala. They have been there XXX years and have had three children, Rebekah, Robert and XXX who attend the school they started xxx years ago. Soccer and Marching Band give these students an opportunity to excel along with their excellent academics.

France

Charlie and Dawn Forman, already pioneers in the church planting field in California felt led to break ground in the country of France. Six years ago, with their three children they traveled to Marseilles and started a church in their home. Now with much success, they are in a building and continue to outreach to the lost souls in the nation not known to acknowledge God and his goodness.

Senegal

With a desire to minister to Muslims, Ralph and Brenda Bowen began their missionary work in Kabala, Sierra Leone. Following the church established in Freetown, Ralph and Brenda began their pioneer work in 1991. With the advent of Civil War they relocated to The Gambia, establishing the first church there. As the church flourished, a local pastor took over and Ralph and Brenda, now with three adopted African children, Lydia and twins Moses and Joseph, pastor in Dakar, Senegal.

Sierra Leone

20 years ago, a young Pastor named Alvin Smith and his wife set out for Freetown, Sierra Leone, West Africa. There they founded the Door Christian Fellowship Church and over the next decade built a huge vibrant and large congregation. When the civil war broke out, Alvin returned to the states and turned the church over to a young pastor within the congregation named Edward Saffa. Thriving today, the vision to plant churches took hold and there are over 30 Door Christian Fellowship Churches in Sierra Leone.
